Yes it is possible. I've actually lost my period before for three months when I was strict and working out a lot. Most recently I've gotten into a routine and am working out a lot and again, I've missed it two months in a grow (granted I'm on BC that causes light periods anyways). And no- I'm not pregnant either.

Just to clarify- if you weigh 130 lbs you should aim for 130 grams of protein?
