This doesn't use the ingredients you need, but silken tofu is usually used in Korean Soondubu JJigae (soft tofu stew). It is wonderful. maangchi.com/recipe/soondubu-jjigae

Wow, fantastic job so far!! Keep it up!

I had a cheaper scale that I got at BBB a few years ago, but I got tired of the things it couldn't do and upgraded to this: amazon.com/gp/product/B001NE0FU2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The new scale is awesome, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

In to agree with the Maangchi love. She's awesome! As a side note, I made the bok choy side dish the other day (maangchi.com/recipe/bok-choy-muchim), and it was so amazing that I ate the whole thing on the spot. I'm going to make it again tomorrow, but I'm probably going to double the amount of bok choy in the recipe…

You should go have some real ramen instead of the instant crap. Then you won't have to ask this question anymore.

I liked the boyfriend better with the longer hair.

I wouldn't go to any nutritionist, so no.

www.maangchi.com is by far the best site on the internet for Korean cooking. www.aeriskitchen.com is an OK one too. The recipe books that are currently out there (unless you get Maangchi's books) are limited and not so good, in my opinion.

Go see an endocrinologist. Now.

I second the moo goo gai pan recommendation. It's about the best you can do in a Chinese restaurant if you want something that has sauce on it.

As I told you in another thread about this topic (where you mentioned drinking a fifth of whiskey and a 12 pack of beer in the same day on multiple occasions), you need some help.

Sodium is only an issue for people who have salt-sensitive hypertension, which is a relatively small percentage of those who have hypertension. It's not really that big of a deal. As has previously been said, all restaurant food (not just fast food) is like this, so this shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who has been…

I mean this in the nicest way possible: you should really consider talking to a professional about this and letting them help you. A behavioral psychologist would probably be a good place to start.

Recommended daily intake for your sex and age: 1,100 units calcium, 1,055 units phosphorus, and 900 units vitamin A. I'm not really sure what you're worried about? In general, it's very tough to eat enough vitamins and minerals in actual food to cause you a problem. People only run into a problem when they take way too…

I personally hate tilapia. It's such a nothing fish - no flavor, super thin filets, overly firm texture. Pretty much any other choice of fish is a better one to me.

Thanks for having the courage to post this!

You still have a lot of fat to lose. When you lose it, it will reduce all over.

Basmati is a varietal of rice. Brown rice is rice that has not been scrubbed of its outer layers. The two are not exclusive.

If you're drinking a fifth of rum and a 12 pack of beer in a day, you have way bigger problems than how many calories you're consuming...

You're hot. Congrats on losing so much!

"Persay" is not a word...

Can you post in complete sentences with functional spelling and grammar so that we can understand you?

The same thing that being diabetic has to do with it - nothing.

I was going to say this same thing.

Machine calorie counts are grossly overstated and should never be used. Buy a food scale and weigh everything in grams. Then log it in grams. You're wasting your time measuring anything but straight liquid in "cups" or "spoons". I started to type out a long response to all of this, but I'm convinced I would be wasting my…
