We went on a short holiday to the beach and two things: I was able to purchase a bathing suit off the rack - no more bike shorts and T Shirts for me! Walking up the steep dunes coming home from the beach, I made it to the top first, only slightly out of breath!

I've taken to chicken broth and adding some salt to my food while its cooking. Ive also got a powdered electrolyte drink from the nutrition shop that has sodium in it as well which is helping.
