I had one on the knuckle of my hand. They went right for surgery. It was a quick in office procedure. Then I had to wear a finger splint and have physical therapy. That was all because the cyst was intertwined with a tendon though. Good luck!

I started my journey October 2017 and I'm down 35 pounds. I still have around 100 to go. Slow and steady here. I did take a two month maintenance break over the summer. I did great and didnt gain any and still logged everything. Then I had surgery this past October so that slowed things down some more. But I didnt gain. I…

I had one removed when I was 17. It was massive and they had to leave the surgical site open. It had to be packed with gauze then that was changed twice per day. It took 7 months to heal completely. I had to stand in the back of my classrooms. It has been 22 years now and it has never come back though.

I'm having surgery on the 25th and I talked with my doctor about weightloss and healing. For me, he wants me to stick to my 1200 calorie goal but to up my protein intake for healing.

I have found that my weight jumps up 5 lbs when I ovulate and another 5 pounds for shark week. It sucks.

You can add me. I have been around since 2014 but only really working at it for the last year. I will get a bunch of friends but one by one they stop coming around. I'm down to only one other active person on my list.

I was a hard core diet soda drinker until I started having lots of vertigo episodes. Then the hearing loss started. I finally was diagnosed with menier's disease. After some elimination diets I discovered that caffeine was my big trigger for the vertigo episodes. Rather than switch to caffeine free, I decided to cold…

I'm similar to you, only 1" shorter though. My starting weight was 254.2 and my current weight is 233. I have taken much longer than you though. I started (this time around) Oct. 10th.

I dont like having anything between my toes so I cant wear these, but I still wear barefoot shoes. For the gym I wear skora shoes, and for hiking and running I wear merrells. When I used to live in IL and not on the surface of the sun (AZ), i ran completely barefoot.

I started out eating in the 1700 range (I'm 35) and the scale was going up and not down. So, I have been lowering the number by 100 every 3 weeks or so. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week for about an hour a time. I walk on a 7-10 incline for 2 miles then do weights. As for what my food is consisting of every bite is measured…

I still have a long way to go. I would say I'm at a grade 2. I'm curious as to how much I can expect it to lift and retract as well.

I'm breastfeeding now. Technically it is on demand but the demand is only in the morning and at night before bed. My LO is 27 months old though. This is my 3rd baby that I have nursed. I let them wean when they choose (I have a limit of 36 months but none of them have come close).

I'm at 13.2 lbs down in 52 days or 0.25 lbs per day or 1.83 per week.

I weigh daily and keep it logged in a spread sheet. Then I take the average of the last 14 days. I go by that number to see how I'm doing. It smooths out the daily fluctuations and lets you know if you are on the right track. Some people can't handle that though. Do what is best for you.
