might be due to lighting variance but your arms look more defined, definitely the stomach.

This got a little off track, huh? Just wanted to chime in that its always fun to "lose" 3-7 pounds after the PMS weight + the 1-2 lbs I've lost during that time come off. It sucks to have 10 days of no loss but then the number on the scale is way lower than when I started my period, so that's always rewarding. And a good…

21 here! (and trying to lose the weight that comes with 21 :P ) everyone is welcome to add me.

Don't keep any "fat jeans." That's sort of a subtle sign to yourself that you'll slip up and need them. Also, it might be psychological. I lost my first 15 pounds and was back to a normal weight but still felt chubby.

That's a fun idea actually! I used to just brush my teeth half an hour after dinner and then chug a glass of water--same concept, no more food after I've done that.

I'll have to try adding some more into my meals! I'm a vegetarian so my protein usually comes from protein bars or eggs.

easier said than done for some of us! I have to plan it out meticulously or I'm not full enough to stop eating.
-
I agree with both parts, but especially about not eliminating foods, otherwise its just a diet--not a lifestyle change.

its too late whenever you've hit your calorie goal for the day.

This happens to me regularly. Especially during my time of the month. I know if I keep eating at a deficit during those few days, at the end of all the bloating and what not, I come out way lighter. Usually even gain a few pounds of water weight as it nears my time of the month too.

It's addictive. Simple as that.

5'7" 150ish pounds. Right now, since I don't work out at all, I'm eating 1400, slightly above MFP's recommendation but not by much. I'm working on losing the last 15 pounds, and still want to average 1 lb a week which is tough. Before, this, when I was eating without care, I'd log occasionally and it was about 1900-2100…

lots of water, hydration helps overall fat reduction is the only thing that will reduce the fat that causes cellulite less sodium will help reduce the appearance of it. other than that, unfortunately all of us are stuck with it.

You look amazing!

Makes me feel less alone. Thanks for sharing your experience. :)

I hope so!!

Eggs! I eat tons of them, covered in cheese. And milk. Basically I love dairy.

Just adding in my two cents that as you get closer to your ideal weight/towards the lower range for a "healthy" weight for a person your size, you have to start exercising. Mainly because you can't cut calories any further. However I started out only 30 lbs from my goal and lost about 10 of them before I started…

I didn't have any issues with maintaining. HOWEVER, I started at 5'7" 162 lbs, and lost until I got to 148 over 3-4 months. It was nice and slow, with lots of strength training and eat back exercise calories. I have maintained that loss for an entire year and now I'm back to lose 10-15 more lbs. Even when I stopped working…

Still haven't lost 25 pounds ;-) I lost my first 15 in 3 months, and have maintained a 12 lb lose for 1 year. Now I'm back to lose 10-15 more and get to my most ideal weight. So when I reach my goal THIS time, I'll have lost about 25-30 lbs and then I'm done.

I just added you, my goal is not similar but support is support. :)

One pound a week is suggested, 2 lbs a week is do-able with a really strict routine or if you're significantly over weight. I'd say 20 weeks is probably a more reasonable time estimate.
