I am interestex in joining too. Starting back here after a 6 month break. Lost 45 a2 yrs ago and am up by 25 of that around 165. Would love to hit 140 by end of the year. I am 5'2" and moderately active.

I am in the same boat. Lost 45 lbs, reached goal and to celebrate I treated myself to a chocolate croissant someone at work have made. I swear it was all down hill from there. It is like I have been on a "I earned it" trip...in the last year I gained 20 lbs back and have been trying since Jan. 1st to get back on the weight…

Weigh and log your food - helps you be accountable for and conscious of how much you are really eating. Though I agree - change your habits once and for all - don't bounce around on fad diets. Remember it's a lifestyle change not a diet :)

One boiled egg for breakfast...pretty sure eggs are a super food! ThiS stays with me much longer than oatmeal.
