First real weigh-in on my normal day for a couple months. Lost 1.4 pounds since the last time, but I only started tracking my food again yesterday.
-
Did well yesterday, though I got lazy and didn't track after lunch. I do know that I didn't go over my calorie budget, but I still want to get back to tracking everything.
-
Here. Still trying to get back and STAY of the freaking wagon.

I've been on Metformin for about a year and a half for PCOS. I'm really not sure if it's helping or not. I was really diligent about my food consumption a few months ago and I did drop weight faster than normal, which I attributed to Metformin. It wasn't an unhealthy amount; I was over 300 pounds. I got off track and am…

Still having a really high carb count, but I was right around my calorie goal yesterday and today.

I was about 200 calories under my goal yesterday, but my carb intake is still way over what I would like.

Still not back on the wagon (as you may have noticed from my absence here for the last month or two.) :disappointed: I weighed myself this morning, as Sunday was my weigh-in day before I got totally derailed. Current weight: 269 I haven't really gained since I got off track; I stay between 267 and 270. But for the first…

Still working on my mini-goal of getting under 260. My other goal at the moment is to log everything I eat for two weeks. I've fallen off the wagon and am still running to jump back on. =/

I did well on my first day back, and managed to make myself log everything! Came in a little more than 100 calories under my goal.

1) While at my boyfriend's parents' this past weekend we were showing them photos from our trip to London in April. They hadn't seen our photos from Rome (August 2015), so we showed those right after. The noticeable difference in my weight made me really happy, as I haven't seen too much of a difference day-to-day.…

I have been off the wagon for almost a month. I never got back into the habit of tracking after my vacation last month, and spending it without WiFi (even though it was only four days.) I keep tracking breakfast, but then being too lazy to add recipes, or too anxious about having overeaten and not wanting to see the…

I keep forgetting (and needing to figure out) exactly the way I chose to keep track of this, so I'm going to update here as well. Beginning (Feb, 2016): 295 lb Loss to Beginning of March (Month 1): 16.4 lb; at 278.6 lb (this was kind of loss for two months, due to when I began) Loss to Beginning of April (Month 2): 9.6 lb;…

Starting weight: 304 Last week: ?? (off track for weeks. Last weigh in was 269 on 04/25) Current weight: 266.4 Total Loss: 37.6 lb Thankfully, I've managed to lose (even only 2.6 lb) while not really tracking for a month! While I'm not happy that I got so off track, I'm really pleased knowing the months before that got me…

I still haven't gotten back on track with logging everything that I eat, but I did weigh myself this weekend. I've maintained 269, so I'm very pleased with that, considering I have NOT been eating right, and I have not been logging because of it. I'm just very glad that I didn't gain.

I'm exactly the same way. 5'11", barefoot. Athletic, broad-shoulders and hips, huge diaphragm! I am just big, even when I'm at a very healthy weight. I physically cannot fit into jeans smaller than a US 9-10. I would have to break my hips. Even thin, I typically wearing large shirts (and even US size 14 or so dresses)…

I have been so bad since returning from my trip. Even four days away got me out of the habit of logging everything. I've also had a lot of strong cravings for sweet things, which I don't usually get, and that has really messed me up this week. :( Made a birthday cake for my boyfriend and his brother, so I'm hoping to log…

I maintained this week, which I'm pretty happy about since I spent half the week on vacation, unable to log and not paying as much attention to what I chose while eating out.
-
I did really well today. Wasn't feeling particularly well, so I didn't crave much. Was well under my goal.

I've been trying to lose weight primarily to get my body back to a weight that can support fertility, after being diagnosed with PCOS in January 2015 when my cycles stopped. After 16 months without it, I have FINALLY gone through a cycle! (And even more than that, it's a natural one: Not caused my hormonal BC!) I'm…

I was on vacation in London for the last four days with terrible WiFi, so I haven't been able to log in/log. I feel like I stayed under or at least around my calorie budget everyday. I've started to get full SO fast this week. I'm back now! Should resume logging tomorrow.

I hear you about Imodium. I don't use it if I'm just at home and don't need to leave, but I ALWAYS have it in my backpack or purse. And I always take one before boarding a plane or going on long road trips, just in case, as Germany doesn't really do the whole public restroom thing and there's this awkward period between…

I hit my first mini-goal yesterday, of getting under 270 lb! I officially weighed in at 269.0! My next mini goal is to be under 260. 10 pounds at a time seems like a good plan for me.
-
I had a really bad and emotionally exhausting day but managed to stay slightly under my budget for the day. As long as I can avoid any late night snacking from the stress, I should be good.
-
Started with a goal loss of 105 lb.
-
Went over by 400+ calories today, so not too pleased. I had a really great week last week though, and lost 3.4 pounds so I'm trying not to let today discourage me.
-
I lost 3.4 pounds this week! Start weight 304 lb Last week: 272.4 lb Current weight: 269 lb Total lost so far: 35 lb!

I also have bipolar and PCOS and get very, very bad GI problems from both. I'm on Metformin for the PCOS (can't take birth control, which is the usual treatment, because of my bipolar meds) and it does help with the gastric problems a fair amount. However, I can 100% relate to not being able to leave the house, even for 20…

I came in under my calorie goal today, but I ate a few things I really shouldn't have.

Again, chose to walk somewhere I would have taken the metro to a month ago. Only 2 miles, roundtrip, but still...

Did really well again today.
