Decided to give myself some leeway. I've been feeling burnt out going at 1500 every day like my Dr suggested. Mfp has me at 2040 a day for 2 lbs loss a week. So I figured I'd still aim for 1500 but stay under 2040 I'm good. So far on track and not feeling as deprived0

Been pretty much on/under target calorie-wise...nutritionally..."ehh"! Because its SO friggin hot (& I don't have central air) I've been subsisting on Italian ices, fluids & protein bars.0

Been staying on the high end of my goal and I've been feeling really guilty about it. I raised my limit to help with my mental block and staying in the caloric goal that'll have me loose 2 lbs a week but I feel like I'm cheating. I was on 1500 calories a day for so long when I go over I feel bad but at the same time I was wanting to quit because I was feeling too limited. I wanted to feel more satisfied without loosing control so this felt like the answer. I just feel guilty about it.0

Don't feel guilty, just listen to your body. The experts say sometimes you need to eat more to get back on track. As long as you don't go mad, and it sounds like your not0 -
Ok I have been off track for far too long now. I booked to go to Sorrento next May with the intention of loosing weight and getting fitter so that I can do all the wonderful sightseeing.
Due to my being off track I now have two months less to achieve as much as possible before next May.
My mini break to the coast last week did me the world of good and I did lots and lots of walking.
Time to get back on track and start recording my food again and get back to exercise.
I CAN do this and I WILL1 -
Thank for the encouragement Clarissa I really need it. I'm sure you'll get back in the swing of things soon.1

I was about 200 calories under my goal yesterday, but my carb intake is still way over what I would like.0
-
Just under my calories and good nutrition. 9 portions of fruit and veg1
-
Not my most nutritious choices today but around the low end of my goal0
-
Still having a really high carb count, but I was right around my calorie goal yesterday and today.0
-
Under goal though a bit higher than I wanted but not by much1
-
I've been all over the place the past few days--over by 300, under by 400 and on target a couple of days! I suppose that as long as my weekly calorie total is on point, it'll be ok...1
-
Over by less than 1000
-
Over by 47 friggin calories What a stupid # to be over by!1
-
Yesterday I lost it and ate hotdogs and pizza..... needless to say I was way over. Like 700 over. Today was better stayed around 1700 so around goal0
-
On track today1
-
Staying pretty steady0
-
Under 1500 today0
-
For the past few days I've been under or on point calorie-wise--nutritionally...not so much. I'm finding that when the weather is hot & humid, the only things that I want are cold & sweet (frozen ices, iced tea, etc.). Even a simple salad seems "oppressive"!0

On a birthday mini vacation. I've gone way over goal but I'm still at a deficit. I figure as long as I log I'm on the right track and staying on a deficit is a big bonus while trying to enjoy myself0

Signing in for first time in about 3 months; ended up needing emergency surgery, all my plans went out window. But today is the first day I finally, FINALLY feel well enough to at least start thinking through my next steps, and that's currently huge victory for me. So, er, woo! Hope all are well and wishing 'hang in there' to all.0

Doing ok today, on track for reasonably healthy eating.0

I hope you're healing up well and doing better overall0 -
Stayed below Maintenance On my vacation though not by much. Finding it hard to get back on deficit though0
-
Went over maintenance today. Feeling not so good about it all but tomorrow is a new day and it's time to get back to a good deficit0

Did well yesterday, though I got lazy and didn't track after lunch. I do know that I didn't go over my calorie budget, but I still want to get back to tracking everything.0
