On point for sticking with my diet plan, feeling ok. Doctor cleared me at today's checkup, I can start doing light exercise again too if I want to. Which I don't really, but that's another story2

I'm glad you're still on track! I tend to go over by about 150 a day, but I mostly maintain a 1000 cal/day deficit according to Fitbit, so I'm satisfied. MFP has stopped detecting my exercise, and I don't know how to get it working. Oh well.1 -
Yes still on track. I do not track my activity though so have no idea how fitbit mfp syncing works. If over by 150 every day I would adjust the settings to 150 higher. 1000 deficit is enough and you are shrinking still.0

I stopped updating on here because I was the only one every day glad to see people return. Last two days I was slightly under1

I know I was not the only one who had a rough summer. people may return in lead up to christmas. I joined a couple of other nice groups when returned that might be of interest.
I am glad some of the group members are still going strong. My head is back in the game after finally getting over meds issues. Still on track

I have been awol, but i have now returned to the fold. Hopefully others will too, it was a good group at the start and I found it really helpful talking to people who understand what it is like to be so overweight, rather than just a couple of stone.1

Under 55 today had a few drinks with a deviatingly attractive man buying me drinks. Glad I didn't go over1

I had a huge breakfast, like nearly 3/4 of my calories big. I did manage to stay under today though1 -
Wednesday I was nearly 300 under Thursday 200 under0

Ive set my calories quite high to get back on track. I was 400 under so happy with that0
