i am just starting the harder part of month 2, after the recovery week. I am keeping myself motivated by reminding myself that I am so close to finishing! Of course I still can't do half the exercises but at least I am trying...

Go floss and brush your teeth after dinner! Then you can have some water or herbal tea. I have the same problem and it helps me.

Good for you! I am vegetarian and I eat a protein supplement to keep my macros right. I am not sure if you are going to want/need to do that, but if you do, you might want to check out hemp protein powder in a smoothie. There are different kinds for more concentrated protein.

It sounds like we are similar. I am 5' 2" and 130. For my frame 105 is my goal weight. I am finally getting my diet and calories in check. How many pounds are you hoping to lose a month?

Can I change my starting weight? I weighed myself on Sunday and my starting weight is wrong. It should be 128.

I am finding it really hard to lose weight while breastfeeding. I think that some people have luck with breastfeeding and losing weight, but I am not one of those people. It is hard because of my appetite, and every time I try to cut calories I have a dip in my supply (I exclusively pump so I can measure supply).

I need to lose 20 or 30 pounds. I would like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight from my first baby. My second baby is 5 months old now so I want to get back into shape. I am 5'2" and 130, which is a lot for my frame.
