yeah he believes so it's got like 350g caffeine in per serving. And I drink it twice a day. Its taking my hunger away. That's what's causing me all the trouble ;)

Thank you guys. Was at the doctor and its the multi supplement I'm taking, he recommended that I only take half the dosage. I also ate some peaches for breakfast and feeling a lot better I finished my breakfast ;) Thank you so much

Gotta confess I only drink water when I remember to *blush* but I always make sure I get my 12 glasses. About 3 months ago if I drank 6 glasses of water, it was a lot

Thank you so much. I struggle to eat more than 1200 a day. I only reach about 1400 if I eat bacon and feta with breakfast. I bought a new meal replacement with a bit more carbs, (the previous one didn't have a lot of carbs) in the hope that it might help me boost the calories as well at dinner when I couldn't manage lunch.…

I'm about 5'8" I sit and watch tv all day long *blush* and clean about an hour a day.

:) I'm not very active during the day so 1200 cal is about right for me. I'm sitting most of the day. I don't love drinking water that much so I drink about 12 glasses of water a day. (250ml per glass) is it too much?

I'm a busy mom. I noticed that just preparing your food the day before helps a lot... I just log my food once a day. And when I'm hungry I just grab my lunch box and munch away... Easy and quick and it doesn't give me the excuse to snack on unhealthy foods... And I only cook once a day! Score! Lost 9.2lbs just by doing this
