Oh, and also a loaf of bread.

I'm definitely not getting 2000 cals which I know isn't good. What I ended up buying was: 2 apples, small bag of rice, 1 can of pork and beans, 1 bag of frozen corn, and 5 packs of ramen. I'm honestly not sure I'll make it the whole week as much as I would love to. But I guess that's kind of the point, right? Showing that…

I'm doing this for the first time this year. It looks like you were able to get about twice the amount of food as I was. I live in NYC so everything is pretty expensive here. I also didn't buy anything in bulk. I literally spent a straight $7.50 (that's the amount we get in the US) at the grocery store. My meal plan for…

It took me only about 2 months to drop my first 20 but since then it's taken me about 3 months to drop the next 10. When I first started losing I wasn't working out at all because I had a fractured knee (but I live in NYC and walk everywhere so maybe crutching around a few miles a day counts as working out?) and I was also…

Like a few other people have said, kickboxing might be a good option. I have always HATED exercise but when I got serious about losing weight I signed up for a 3 class trial and I'm obsessed now (I go at least 5 days a week). It's a great work out and the best part is getting to punch the bag to work out your frustrations…

I joined my kickboxing gym on a similar type of special. I think it was $49.99 for 10 classes and the gloves. Best decision I've ever made. I go about 4-5 times a week and, Amanda is right, the first time is the roughest. Don't get me wrong, I still get my butt kicked every class but it's so much fun and I feel amazing…

Also looking for an answer to this question. Any ideas?

My favorite snack at night under 100 cals are Edy's Outshine Fruit Bars. They're amazing!

Mine was when my little brother started MFP and convinced me to log my foods for just a few days. Not change my eating habits, just log what a normal day of eating was for me. I did it for 2 days and realized I was easily eating 3000 cals some days (I live in NYC and used to order takeout everyday pretty much). After that…

Go to My Home, then Check-in. From there you'll see a button that says Edit Previous Entries. You should be able to delete you old weight from before. Set your current weight first though. Hope that helps!
