To be honest if someone is afraid to go to a gym they are most likely fearful in other social situations too.

YOU determine what you put in your mouth or if YOU want to move or not (assuming no disabilities). It's not a blessing or a curse, it's what you CHOOSE to do. Need to own one's actions not attribute to a blessing or a curse.

I'm not being quick to judge. The vast majority of people (including most recent US presidents) can find time to exercise, IF they choose to make it a priority. The OP apparently isn't choosing to make it a priority, which is fine, but facts are, she most likely has time if she chooses to.

What do you consider the fun activities you want to save your evenings for, vegging on a couch watching a tube? If so, don't say you don't have time for exercise. There are plenty of people who have kids, work a full day, do household chores, etc and still have time for purposeful exercise. If you are too tired after work,…

If she moved an hour, along with her parents/other adults in her life helping her with her diet there would not be an issue.

No, The RDA for adult men and women is 0.8 grams of protein for every 2 pounds of body weight. https://healthyeating.sfgate.com/usda-protein-requirements-grams-8619.html That is a minimum amount. As an older male who lifts, I consume about .8g per pound of bodyweight as I want to maintain/build muscle.

Gym is not a place to get exercise for third leg.

If the government is paying for health care and the *kitten* that people are putting in their bodies is contributing to health problems it approaches a situation where government has a right to step in. You live off the grid, eat yourself to poor health, you die and the scavengers take care of your carcass no government…

Better to offend someone a bit and see them a year later 50 pounds lighter than see them at their visitation.

Glad you're seeing the results you hoped for.

Then you could use the tax to help pay for the consequences of their bad behavior.

You would classify as an outlier with that type of medical condition. NEXT.

Pretty hard to beat a bad diet with exercise.

Drink diet soda. Frankly drinking 6 regular sodas a day surprised you're only 20 pounds overweight

Do you get state and federal tax refunds? If so, you have too much withheld from each paycheck. If you you're not getting a large refund you must have a very high income.

In the US government pays more than 50% of healthcare costs (through taxes), so they really do have an incentive to keep costs low with incentives or penalties.

And work on the ankle mobility issue.

A female lifting 2 times a week will not gain 4 pounds of muscle in 2 months.

Doctor offices around here have a phone nurse or a website where you can message with questions. Please get medical advice before going back to exercise or any medicine changes. Best of luck.
