Just swallow some caffeine pills with a swig of tap water. Think of the savings. Also how the heck does someone mention the desire for healthier foods and Monster energy drink in the same paragraph? SMH.

Have you seen a doctor? If you're 300 pounds you should get medical clearance before starting a new exercise program. Best of luck.

Actually you need to do resistance work also: Adults Adults should move more and sit less throughout the day. Some physical activity is better than none. Adults who sit less and do any amount of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity gain some health benefits. For substantial health benefits, adults should do at least 150…

I lift 5-6 days a week, in the evening (along with a bit of cardio), except Saturday morning. I often stop in the gym and do some mobility work in the morning. I depends on what you are doing.

Learn to throw away. Your scale will thank you for it.

Somewhere a contingent fee 1-800 lawyer is working on this now.

McDonald's sucks.

And more importantly a waste of good booze.

Sorry IMO not even funny/cute, sounds stupid.

It is fine to sweat at the gym. Don't sweat it :)

Anyone who says a food item makes them sad has never experienced real sadness.

Agree, "shopping" for a medical opinion when many doctors have given the same course of treatment just because one doesn't want to accept their collective knowledge isn't a great idea.

Only if you're sure the person likes coffee. Cash is king IMO.

I'm guessing the eye is like most bodyparts, if you don't use the abilities it has those abilities atrophy. Staring at a screen in arms distance of your eyes for hours a day isn't going to enhance ability to see distances.

As other have mentioned, improved posture will make a big difference in your appearance. Also weight train, compound movements eat at maintenance. Give this 6 months and reassess. Best wishes.

Saying you're definitely going to pile on the pounds is telling a plate of food it has control over you. Exercise portion control and you can get through the holidays without gaining. Best wishes.

Believe this is from a fund raising pack, think it's the same thing I get at Sam's Club. Sam's has it in a box of 15-20 individually wrapped servings.

You may want to check the law on the bolded part if you haven't.

A weekly 10k calorie binge day sounds like an eating disorder.

True but jerky to me at least doesn't really have the same taste/feel as a burger, chicken breast, etc. You won't find a many other foods with as big a bang for the protein/calories ratio, Very portable and pretty reasonable price per serving also.
-
Considering 31g of protein is 124 calories lot of other stuff in there. Probably not the best choice if looking to add protein with fewer calories. Beef jerky gives 30g protein for 160 calories.
-
If you are able to eat the stuff at work why wouldn't you also be able to eat healthy pre-measured lunch/snacks you brought from home. Fresh veggies, fruit, sandwiches (less messy toppings) are great to eat while working. Take charge of your environment, don't have a victim mentality. Best of luck.

Some beef jerkys will give 15G of protein in an 80 calorie serving

Based on what I learned from the ACE certification what you are saying, perhaps with a suggestion to discuss with their physician would be appropriate

In my area the PF doesn't require trainers to have anything other than CPR certification. Actually I took and passed.a PT certification class. Most certifications will allow the trainer to speak in broad generalities regarding diet. You cannot provide specific dietary guidance to a client, however you can inform the client…
