Mine are: pancakes, bread, potatoes cooked any way, and pasta. If i am really craving something, i allow myself to have it...in moderation of course. As long as i can fit it into my daily calories

I agree with the quest bar. I like the chocolate chip cookie dough one put in the microwave for 20 seconds...tastes like the real thing!

I read the community forums on here for support. I think about how time will pass by no matter what and I can either be proud of the progress i have made in 6 months or wish i had done something about it. I track all of my food and allow myself one day a week to let loose a little and have a cheat day...not anything too…

Here are a few: egg white omelet with veggies, soy protein shake made with almond milk, fruit loops, plain oatmeal with a little sugar and a lot of cinammon-made with water and then i add a splash of almond milk

You can replace carbs with cauliflower. You can make cauliflower "mashed potatoes ". Cauliflower pizza crust, and Cauliflower garlic "bread". You could also scramble 2 eggs, add a serving of egg whites, a little refried beans, tons of spinach and veggies and mix it all together. I eat that all the time. Congratulations on…

I love to scramble 2 eggs, add in half a cup of refried beans, and then add tomato, mushroom, spinach, and lots of salsa. Very filling too!

I read something that seemed simple enough, but I think it's a good start....to just start off by logging all the food/drinks you consume daily on MFP. And by doing that everyday I find that even if I go over my calorie goals for the day it makes me want to do better the next day. We're all in this together!
