It’s been a few weeks and for some reason no one has answered my question. Does that mean Noom hasn’t helped anyone here who has binges or people who are here who have binges haven’t tried Noom? 🤷🏻♀️ I posted this question after starting Noom because I wasn’t sure it would help me break free from binge eating. I’m here…

Someone flagged me because I wanted to talk to the OP in private? What is wrong with this community?

I think the troll who follows you and dislikes your posts is at it again! (I clicked Like by the way! Great progress in one month!!)

@JellyyBeanz I sent a private message to you.

@iwanttobeunderweight What you described, the binging and starving, is this something you're still going through?

Avocados, steak, tuna, and salmon are the foods I eat that have the most potassium. But since we have to over-salt everything I use Morton's Light Salt; it has added potassium. Sometimes I add a teaspoon to water and down it. Even then I never hit the 3,000-4,700mg/day recommendation...

INTROVERTS UNITE!!! ...separately.

That's awesome!! I too hope to be in the 120's some day. :) Good job! <3

I've tried to research on my own but this article was super helpful. I knew this "net carb" business was hogwash. It just didn't make sense to me at all. Like those Atkins snacks with a ton of carbs and added fiber so they're only 4g net carbs. Just never made sense... Thanks, ladies.

It's always nice to know we're not alone and not the only ones battling this wreckless demon we have inside!

You know, ladies, I probably should have mentioned this in my post. I am an introvert. Stepping out to seek help is not something that we feel comfortable doing. I know going to a group or seeing a counselor/therapist would be really beneficial but thinking about it gives me anxiety. So I know that is something I won't be…

Wow. You've been through a LOT and done a lot of work on yourself! Congratulations! :) I know there has to be an issue I need to resolve, eating like this is not something an emotionally healthy person does. After all the work you've done do you still find yourself struggling or is this something we will face the rest of…

If you're asking about the one I mentioned it is nearly calorie free ;P It is 50-60 calories, 4-6g of carbs, 1g sugar, and 6-8g of protein/serving depending on the one you got. :) Unfortunately this isn't sold in stores. :(

You've obviously got a sweet tooth! hahaha Not sorry to you, too! :D
-
:D like the Reese's commercials... "Not sorry." lol

The kind I shared has half the calories and half the fat and it's got protein. It's like powdered peanut butter but it's cookie butter! I got one flavor in today (Golden Cookie Sandwich, tastes like a Nilla wafer) and added it to my yogurt and it was yummy. It made it THICK! Thick, thick! I also made it into a spread to…

:'( you understand me.

Btw, whoever flagged my post... I am not selling the cookie butter powder nor do I know the manufacturer... Just sharing something happy. It's ok to post a picture of a brand but not ok to post a link I suppose.

So this thread is old old. But I just stumbled upon something that I think I am going to fall in love with and I can't wait for it to arrive! I ordered two jars today. <3 https://www.proteincookiebutter.com/ They do sell on Amazon, too. Watching the video with three suggestions and seeing what I can create from their…

I don't mean this question in a snarky way, I'm genuinely curious. If you don't cook for yourself what do you eat? Do you track your food here on MFP?
-
Good luck to you, Joshie! Have you been successful in following a workout and/or nutritional plan so far this year?
-
I think he meant out in the world he thinks gaining weight is looked down upon, not on MFP. Clearly we're for all shapes, sizes, and goals!
-
Omg I could do so much with 3400 calories  I'm over here staying at 1500 to lose :(
-
That does make sense. I was frustrated because I wanted to weight out 2 servings. Weighing out 240g was like piling them on and on and on! I was like "what the heck this is SO much!!" And it seems impossible at 1/2 cup that there would be 3.5 servings in the can...
-
Well that kinda tells me that my measuring cup is more accurate than weighing out the stated 120g, in this situation. Is every food label incorrect? I don't want to have to go to this site every time I need to log something new.

It doesn't taste fantastic, like flavored creamer and sugar, but I mix whey protein with some almond milk and pour that into my coffee. It's totally guilt-free!
