In my opinion I would cut your water down to 8 glasses and see if it makes a difference. In my opinion I believe it could just be your drinking too much water. In usa 8 is glasses is the goal. If I drink more than that I could go all day with out eating anything and it is a bother. Call your doctor though just to make sure…

Okay getting down to basics. Did you up you water and then start noticing that you weren't hungry as much? Do you drink more water in the morning vs at night or do you spread them evenly through the day?

Thanks so much for the add! I am enjoying this life style more and more each day! Yesterday was hard for me as SO much junk was put in my face but today paid off for not eating any of it and I feel so incredible and proud of myself for sticking to it. I love the extra energy. Made it to the 1 week mark!

I eat pork chops hamburger and chicken can't afford the steak yet lol. Eggs are a daily thing right now which I put butter in the scrambled. any suggestions on how to fix that? I am gluten free, a lot of carbs and calories come from gluten based products specifically bread and pasta and trying to be sugar free as possible. I only drink water and occasionally V8 juice but I stopped that as to how much sodium is in it.
