A couple of people said I was too harsh on you but I just can't apologize for it. It's the truth. I gained weight because of red wine and everyday I have to be mindful of not dealing with stress with a bottle. Lol.

Why are you overeating ? It may be nutritional needs your not getting from a diet that is full of processed food loaded with suger. More often times we eat to NUMB our emotions. Dealing with depression, stress or boredom with food never works. It's ok once in a while but it adds up quickly.

Yes but muscle takes up less space on the human body than fat. Walking is a start but working out increases your metabolism and builds muscle. We all have time for exercise.

Distract yourself ASAP. It's not worth painful workout sessions just to get back on track. I go through it to. Chew gum and have some unsweetened green tea or seltzer water with you.

You need to weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Use the restroom first and don't drink any water. If you weigh yourself during your period you are retaining like 3 to 4 extra pounds of water weight. If you weigh yourself in the evening or afternoon you are getting a false read on the scale.
