Personally I feel like I work out better on a not so full stomach. If I'm doing weights or even cardio I always feel like I'm going to throw up if I ate an hour or 2 prior to working out. So like everyone else said it depends on your preference and what lets you have the best workout/what makes you feel good.

If you go to your local whole foods or natural/health grocery store they may have black bean or chickpea pasta. It's 160 cals for 50grams with 23 grams of protein. It also tastes pretty good when you mix it with a yummy sauce. Hot or cold both taste good and this is what has saved my life being a vegan.

If you've been eating 1500 cals and roughly burn 2000 cals that's already 500 cals a day which translates to burning more calories than you take in which results in weight loss. Either you're eating more than you think or you're not burning as much as you think. I def don't think at your height and weight you need to lose…

I naturally have wider hips and larger knees and ankles. My upper body is very thin though so no matter how much fat I lose from my legs I will always have thicker legs than a person who has naturally thin ankles and knees. This is the point where you need to understand your body and set realistic goals.

I personally work out at 9pm, by the time I get home shower and get into bed its 11 ish so I don't eat anything. I just make sure i hit all my macros throughout the day and make sure I eat a really good high protein breakfast the next morning.

milk, cheese, beans, whole wheat bread all have a good amount of protein. If you look at each individually it may not seem like a lot but having scrambled eggs with cheese on whole wheat toast could easily give you a lot of protein.

I actually recently started being full vegan ( I was not a vegetarian before) and for me it was personally easier to just get right to as oppose to slowly transitioning. For the first few weeks I did notice that I was feeling constantly bloated due to the large abundance of beans but after a while I guess my body started…

The exact same thing happened to me a few days ago. MFP said 40cals but I knew that wasn't accurate right after I took my first sip. I usually get a mcdonalds medium with 2 milk and I would say the 160 seems more accurate than the 40 cals. :(

Is a 5oz deep fried halibut clocked in at 280 cals realistic?

My go to snacks or meals are: Greek yogurt with almonds and bananas- I like country harvest protein bread with cream cheese, avocado and tomato- Protein powder with almond milk, peanut butter-Oatmeal with almond milk- Salad with black beans, red peppers, hardboiled eggs, and hummus Thats all I can think of from the top of…

I highly suggest getting a food scale. When oatmeal says (1/3 cup or 30 grams) I have noticed that measuring out 1/3 cup is always more than when I actually weigh it. This will help keep your calories more accurate, specifically for chicken, fruits, nuts etc Goodluck!

When i use to drink coke a few years ago i would always try to hide it by placing a menu or something in front of it because i would always drink it before my actual meal came. And also the last few bites of my meal i always have with my hands (anything other than soup or something liquidy of course)

And i would say for the past 4-5 years my eating has been pretty much the same.

greek yogurt is a big one for me. I also love chickpeas, black beans and lentils. Dark chocolate is good to have around as well when your craving for something rich and yummy. Umm.. maybe some good protein bars to keep handy for when youre busy. Apples, bananas, oranges are always good because they're easy to take with…

Thats exactly how i feel! My family always makes fun of me for trying to eat healthier as they call me obsessive even though i think of myself as just conscious. Good for you! Dont let others change your mind or influence your goals. Its especially hard during the holidays and when your constantly surrounded by food, i…

It is weird that i would still eat that?

I wasn't really referring to the sushi in general as being unhealthy but rather just the sushi pizza because its super fried and saucy. lol
-
Its not literally a sushi pizza. Its more like a bed of fried rice and on top they put raw fish, i get mine with salmon, and they usually put some sort of spicy mayo on top. You should google it! Its amazing (super unhealthy, but AMAZING) and most AYCE places have it.
