Burrito Boyz

Okay so I went to burrito boyz tonight for dinner and had a naked burrito bowl. I checked the nutrition info and all that good stuff but the nutrition info for the halibut, which is the protein i got, is listed as 175 cals for 5oz. I'm almost certain this is for the non fried version. All the halibut burritos and bowls come only in the fried variety. How can I track my calories accurately! please help.
I got a small naked burrito with halibut, black beans, salsa, green peppers, onions, corn and tomatoes. All the toppings were literally a spoonful. So how many cals would this be roughly? Thanks!

You can search for other various halibuts and guesstimate the nutritional value from there. But remember, it's always harder to track going out rather than weighing food at home w/ a scale.0

Is a 5oz deep fried halibut clocked in at 280 cals realistic?0
