  • I've lost 31 lbs so far by eating what I like. Real food in moderation. I do try and choose wiser. A lot less eating out and really watching my portions. I am listening more to my body now and I stop eating when I sense I'm full. It works for me and I don't feel like I'm starving or that any food is off limits.
  • I use my crock pot all the time. Chicken with stuffing, chicken Parmesan, Salsa Chicken, etc.. All can be found on Pinterest and fit in to my calorie count just fine. :)
  • I put a yellow smiley face sticker on my calendar each night before I go to bed on days that I stay in my calorie range. I use blue stickers on days I don't do as well. I looked this morning and only have 2 blue ones for the month so far! It was a sea of yellow smileys. :) Made me feel good!
