Probably cause she's Asian and Asians eat a lot of rice I know how you feel op. Rice is the staple of every single dish and moderation is just so hard

I measured myself and input my measurements in various websites. I don't know how accurate the websites are but its around 30%. I look heavier than I weigh

Skim milk doesn't taste as good as 1% but it is lower in calories. If you're looking for a low calorie milk alternative, try almond milk.

I can never do fitness at home because I get really lazy and the couch is just so much more tempting. So instead I go to the YMCA and do karate at this local place

Lol I don't even think I can live without bread. I think it should be perfectly fine as long as it fits into your calorie goal and it would be great if it fit into your macros. Carbs are friends you can't get rid of XD

The lowest calorie salad dressing that I've tried is the fat free ranch. In my opinion, I would just rather eat the original thing but just less. However if you're interested, it is 30 calories per tbsp. Hope I helped (:

For breakfast I usually either eat cereal with unsweetened almond milk to get some iron in, or some low carb yogurt for that protein and calcium

I don't know the exact number of sodium you should be getting each day and it is important to get enough sodium. However you should take in consideration when you're eating too much salt since that can leads to health problems. I wouldn't worry about getting enough though, since its very easy to get your sodium in.

I substitute mayo for the light laughing cow cheese sometimes. It tastes pretty similar in my opinion lol
