I mostly just add it to stir fries, so I assume you've done that before.0

Salt and pepper tofu is delicious. I just find the packet mix, I think it's Tandaco.0

I mixed smashed tofu with some bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, egg and garlic powder and then cooked in a hot pan like burgers and ate with ketchup.0

Shared this one the other day: Crispy Baked Tofu Strips... I love them. You can edit this recipe easily. Very little prep work, too. Use whatever you have on hand as a condiment (my personal favorite is buffalo sauce).

Veg Times Meatless “Meatloaf” Sandwiches or what I call (not)Meat Loaf
The flavor of this is great, but texture is a bit soft.
I'm working on ways to firm up the finished product, I think another qtr cup of oats might help.0 -

I found a recipe that is so easy. Get extra firm tofu and drain it well. Slice it in half and then in half again and place all 4 slices on a lined/sprayed baking sheet. Baste the tofu steaks with 3 tablespoons of Bragg's Amino Soy Sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (mixed) I also put a little chopped garlic in mine but that is up to you. Place in a 350 oven and every 15 minutes or so baste it again. Do not flip! (I made that mistake the first time!) I cooked mine for about an hour and it was SO good.0

You can pretty much flavor tofu the same as chicken dishes. Cube it or slice it, marinate in whatever flavor the dish calls for, then either bake it or saute in a pan and then add it to your dish. It marinates very fast too so it can be a fast meal. Just make sure you add some flavor directly to it before cooking and it will be delicious.0

This one kept tofu in the house.

Tofu Chocolate Mousse
• 1 (13½-oz Pkg) Silken tofu
• 1 ripe banana
• 8-oz semisweet chocolate, melted
1. Blend tofu and bananas together in food processor until smooth.
2. Add melted chocolate and blend until color is dark.
3. Before the mousse cools, portion into 6-oz Martini glasses and then store in refrigerator.
4. Chill about 40 minutes before serving.

I only started regularly eating tofu a couple years ago, but here are a few of my favorite recipes. I switch up the veggies depending on what I have around and feel like eating.
General Tso's Tofu (I use regular honey, not a vegan one)
Crispy Lemon Tofu
Peanut Sauce Vegetable Stir Fry with Tofu
Smoked Cheddar Mac'n'cheese with Baked BBQ Tofu0 -
