i wish i could use one of those. im in the navy and work in a classified building so i cant have anything that transmits a signal (wifi, Bluetooth, cellular, etc). ive wanted one for so long but its just not financially worth it if i cant even wear it during my most active (non-working out) time.

1-2 pounds a week is awesome!! also, losing weight starts to slow down as you start shedding pound. think if it this way, if you ONLY lost 1lb, this time next year you will be 52lbs lighter!!

I hate it too!!! it was really hard for me to start but once I did, it bothered me less and less. I also go out at 7am though. also, if you keep running and beasting it when its really hot, you could maybe do the Badwater ultramarathon one of these days.

Just the other day, I had some 4oz tuna steaks I bought frozen and they were that expensive. I'll try to remember to get the price the next time I get them. If you have a dog you can give it to them especially since you don't do it all the time. They are really good for their coat. My dog loves it when I give them to her!! Just be careful about doin it too much bc you don't wanna make them over weight.

I experimented beets one time. Peeled them and sliced them tossed them in EVOO with a little bit of salt and a VERY little bit of cayenne. I then spread them in a thin layer on a baking sheet and baked them. They are sweet and not very mushy when made that way. I made them as an experimental side and now I'm addicted.

I have a tub of the vanilla triple zero Greek yogurt. I accidently got it instead of plain. I've found its pretty good with cereal (I like raisin bran and Cheerios).
