According to my Fitbit I have been averaging 9700 steps for the month. Hot dog days of summer.ha! Also lost 2 lbs. Thanks!

For the month of July I will get in my 10,000 steps a day walking, eat more veges, and cut back on my wine. I have been great at logging but stuck on this weight for way too long, so hope to loose a few pounds this month.. best ladies. Peggy

I always get wild alaskan salmon. You can pan fry with a just little olive oil and blackened seasoning and its great.

We try and eat wild Alaskan salmon once a week and feel it helps with inflammation. I've had scolosis most of my life and have inflammation issues, also gentle yoga. Best

Love my Fitbit One, as mentioned don't like things on my wrist. Motivates me to get in my 10,000+ each day, and fun to compete with friends. Got mine at Bed, Bath & Beyond and used my 20% coupon. Best
