Same here, I had the pains as well I am guessing but at about 6 months it got easier. I'm a little over a year out and its not one of favorite things. It doesn't hurt anymore but it doesn't keep me full. I get omelette and other things if I can. The way I introduced salad easier was having chef salads and eating more meat…

I really like my contigo water bottles they keep fluids cold or hot for hours depending on what you put in them. They are pretty sturdy as I have dropped it a few times. Also my L.L. Bean lunch bag is a good size to carry food in so I healthy items to travel with.

Wow, I feel so much more confident now that I will be ok. For you weight loss veterans I am amazed that you maintained the weight loss for so long and have the resilience to be here to lose the pounds you have regained. It's not a perfect journey but a lifetime one.

No not normal small bruising if laparoscopic and even open gastric bypass shouldn't leave such bruising unless there were other issues. Blood thinners which are injectable are often prescribed short term to help prevent clots. These may be given in the abdomen and may cause bruising but if you rotate sites like you should…
