I'd say you're not eating enough, you need to be eating 1200cals plus 75% of your exercise cals, preferably in protein form. Maybe you've put yourself in starvation mode?

For all of you lovin' on the little frittatas, I made them once months ago and my muffin tin STILL isn't egg free. Use paper cases - that's my advice :smiley:

Jelly in the UK is a gelatine product you would eat like a dessert whereas jam you would eat on toast. So you call jam jelly but also call jelly jelly :smiley:

I've based my diet around things I like that I know are good for me and have took up running. I am currently working through an app called 'couch to 5K'. I love the sweet stuff so I just eat it in moderation. I find something like a plain biscuit (or cookie I guess if you're USA) is sweet but low in calories. I saw a great…

Porridge with skimmed milk and a little bit of golden syrup. Tomorrow I'll make my healthy fry; scrambled eggs, bacon (fat removed), mushrooms and tomato - looking forward to that :smile:

I try to go high protein (chicken something or other) and swap the fries for salad.
