That link was very good. In the video, she did what I could never do to a slice of pizza. Most of the pizza i get is like the typical NY slice from small independently owned shops which is why I was unsure how to log it. Looks like I have been underestimating. Thanks a lot for everyone's input. Very helpful.

I think that using MFP for calories burned gets a lot of people. The stationary bike is the most accurate so I try to stick to that. I never count the cals burned for weight lifting exercises. Maybe try not logging a couple exercises per week so you are guaranteed to be at a deficit.

I had my eye on the new one from microsoft because of the HRM. Not really interested unless it has that capability. It didn't seem to do too well as far as reviews go. Quick oats and egg white omelets keep me full.

Working out will help you heaps with emotions. I find that lifting weights helps even more so than cardio. Both have a wonderful effect on your mind. Plus it frees up a few calories for a snack if you want it.
