I have 70% dark chocolate in the fridge. I like having 1 piece with my morning coffee, if I want something like that. I usually put half of teaspoon of cocos oil in my coffee. Eating healthy fats reduce cravings for sugar. So have cocos oil or nuts in your arsenal. Try cut some avocado in your dinner.

I am on graveyard shifts. Thats why is harder for me. That is excuse that I need to get rid of.

I always put 1 tsp of coconut oil or mct oil to my coffee. it is nice this way or use coconut milk that should do to add little sweetness to the coffee.

That is a goal you have set yourself. Print it and put it on your fridge. So you see it everyday. I would start cleaning up the diet one thing in a time. Get rid of soda and juices. I have dark chocolate about 70% in the fridge. I eat a small chunk in sugar craving or with coffee. About the cravings it is usually lack of healthy fat. Try few almonds or nuts every day or 1/4 of an avocato in your meals. I read somwhere that if you drink bcaa it will help with sugar craving. Rembember not feeling guilty…
