I weigh daily, too, first thing in the morning. I'm objective about it, though, since I do realize that multiple things can cause a fluctuance. As far as logging it on here, I'm still a newbie, not quite 2 weeks, so I'm thinking I'll try to log the "check in" weight once weekly... at least that's what I'm figuring I'll do.

I'll give these a shot. I have a "self-diagnosed" right shoulder issue, age I think more so than prior injury, so we'll see how that goes. Maybe this will be good for it?

I noticed 30DS was super tough on my knees on days 3 and 4 of level 1. I tend to have a tiny issue anyway with my right knee, age and not injury methinks, so I just modified a bit when it came to the parts that bothered me.
