  • Perhaps the low calorie beer like Michelob Ultra, Miller 64 or Bud 55? Not sure what you are going for with taste though, they don't have a lot of flavor.

  • Jennie, I am so so sorry! My heart breaks for you and your family. I'll be thinking of you all. <3
  • Oh I like this one :) Great challenge!
  • As luck would have it, I hurt my bad really badly somehow. My chiropractor thinks it was a mix of the rotation in my spine, pelvis being tipped forward and then running with both issues which kind of put my back over the edge. This last week I was completely out of commission. The pain was at night and morning, and it was…
  • I'm realizing another hurdle, again its all me. Weekends. Every weekend I slip up. All week I eat healthy, exercise 3+ times and try to get those steps in as well. Then the weekend hits and I'm like "sure, lets go out to eat, and why not get that big chicken sandwich with fries!" ugh. Why am I struggling so hard with…
  • Welcome @jackies620 !!!
  • https://www.fitbit.com/user/2YBT6T I figured it out! Finally! Feel free to add me ladies :)
  • @mrslambert824 Wow, you certainly do have a lot going on. I am sorry everything seems to be just stacking up on top of each other. It's understandable that fitness isn't a big thing on your mind right now. I hope that the grandmother is still independent enough to do things on her own, or at least SOME things on her own.…
  • @jenniebean310 I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and recent hard times. It IS tough to get back in the game after things like that happen. Maybe start with a small goal for the week? Like hitting a step goal, or daily exercise goal? Sometimes just accomplishing something small has helped my mind get back on track. I hope…
  • We have a condo and with that we have access to a small gym, indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. I feel ashamed that for so long I ignored it all and became super lazy. I've started back at the gym now and have been running and lifting. I enjoy running on the treadmill. I'm not as big of a fan of running outside. I LOVE…
  • Awe! ADORABLE!!!!!! Happy Birthday to your littles! :)
  • I finally have an NSV! I was able to still run a half hour straight! May not be big for some, but I haven't done cardio in so long.
  • Trying this agin in the correct thread! I worked my bum off on the treadmill, weights and bike tonight! I haven't sweat this much in sooooo long! It felt amazing feeling it run down my forehead, maybe I'm weird. Now I just need to make a habit of it again!
  • I put my pic in here and it's the wrong post! So I'm moving it to where it belongs
  • Last night I made baked Parmesan zucchini rounds. Holy YUM! So easy and so good. I've really been trying to make new, to our family, healthy foods. 2 medium zucchinis Garlic Salt Pepper Parmesan cheese (grated) Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Slice zucchini 1/4 in.…
  • I have two offices at my work. One on each end of two buildings connected by a skywalk. My main office is far from the mail room, my other office, coffee shops, everything. So instead of driving like most workers here do, I walk, and I try to do it as fast as I can without looking like creep power walking towards…
  • @kimpacheco22 I know exactly how you feel. While at work or at home on my days off I'm fine, but when I get home or when it's time to cook supper it just clicks. For me I think it is just the relaxing feeling I get from holding and sipping it. Last week I did terrible, way too many stressful days. This week I've decided to…
  • Welcome Ladies! :)
  • Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that. One thing I see here is a lot of us have seen the same kind of times. When I was at my happiest and healthiest a few years back I was hit with a blow. I separated from my husband, and then 3 months later lost my job. I loved my job. I went from being able to care for my two children on my…
  • I admit starting back up is my biggest challenge right now. When I lost 30ish pounds a few years back I actually used MFP, stayed at 1200 cal, and worked out daily doing Jillian Michaels. I loved it and was so proud of myself. This time around though, I'm having a harder time being consistent. I just have to keep pushing…
  • It was SOOOOOO good!!! The Pico de gallo was super hot, even made the hubby sweat! haha. I would recommend this, it was great on the romaine leaves and very filling!
  • I hear ya, life is so busy!! My biggest hurdle is not saying no. Not saying no to the Hubby's dinner or desert ideas. Not saying no to sitting around after work/before making dinner and after eating. Not saying no to that wine!
  • Tonight I am making Creamy Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps! 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 diced onion 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp cumin 1 chipotle chili, minced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup whole milk 12oz cooked shredded chicken Lettuce for wrap (I'm going to use romaine) Saute onion in coconut oil for 5 minutes, add salt,…
  • I hope i'm doing this quote thing right, I'm such a posting newb. Anyway, YES! Kim, I'm in the same boat. I do SO WELL at work all day, and then I come home and I'll have a nice size glass of wine while cooking dinner. Or maybe a beer while we grill outside. I absolutely crave the relaxing feeling I get when I'm doing my…
  • My cheat "meal" would have to be WINE!!! I love a nice glass or two of a sweet Riesling, it's my weakness on weekends. I MUST RESIST THIS WEEKEND, as I have NOT worked hard enough to be treating myself just yet :D
  • I have a blaze as well! How can I find you ladies??
  • Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I'm months away from turning 30. I have a 12 and 5 year old. I bounced back from my first pregnancy, and with my second I only gained twenty pounds, but started at my heaviest, 170. I dropped the twenty within weeks but stayed at 170 for quite a while and decided it was time for a change. I…
