@lmlmrn - I’m doing Jenny Craig and all meals are frozen and I microwave them straight from the freezer like you would any frozen meal. Needed to see this today, thank you @MissMay 6AF days out of 9, sounds good but the 3days turned into binges. So angry with myself! Thousands of empty calories, all un-doing the 40lb loss I’ve achieved so far. Been some really inspirational postings on here, thank you all! Time for a reset.

Helllloooooo November!! Aiming for 25AF days this month. Biggest challenge is quantity. NOOOOOO binge drinking!! I pat myself on the back for considerably reducing my days then kick myself because of the quantity consumed. So I challenge myself to: 25/30AF. 10drinks max for the month.
