Justifier - that's awesome! I use it a ton too (but I like another brand) :)

I said NO to a snack at Sonic.
-
I'm at the same place - about 4.5 weeks and no change really. I decided to put my scale in the closet until next week and just feel good that I feel good. So sticking to your deficit when you're down is a huge NSV! What would you have done a year ago? I know what I would have done... hellooooo oreos.

Tonight my husband took our daughter out for ice cream. He asked if he could bring me back one. I hemmed and hawed and finally said "no, thanks though." He told me I was doing a good job :)

Hard day today. Anybody good a good NSV?
-
I said NO to the rest of the piece of cake. I had a bite and then gave the rest away.

My NSV today is that my body is recovering faster from my workouts. New HIIT routine at the beginning of the week left me panting for about 7-8 minutes after I was done. Same routine today (3rd time this week) and it only took about 4 minutes to return to normal-ish breathing. My scale isn't moving very fast, but my body…

PB2 on an apple. Tuna for breakfast (I like cottage cheese in it too) and this week I discovered a scrambled egg mixed with 2T hummus on toast tastes kind of like egg salad.
-
I said NO to lunch, since I'm going out to dinner. Priorities, people!
-
@Raymax4 - that's a whole bus load of non scale victories! Congratulations!

Just as others have said: this is my opinion, so take it as you would all free advice :) - It sounds like you're kind of OCD about your food and workouts, and in many ways that's to be admired; but it all sounds so stressful! Especially when you've done such a great job and lost so much weight and such. Your body is a huge…

I said No to the rest of the doughnut my son offered me. I had a bite and then gave it back.

My favorite Disneyland t-shirt isn't super skin tight any more. woo!
-
I said NO to letting my daughter weep over some stupid homework that I didn't even understand. I'm sending a note to her teacher tomorrow! Oh, and I said NO to more bacon. One was enough.

I've always kept chocolate in my drawer for special occasions or needy times or whatever. I haven't touched it in over a month and it doesn't even look interesting. NSV!

You're awesome! And your love of Superman makes me sooo happy!
-
Let me tell you, from someone who has had a number of false starts... the beginning is SUPER HARD! Don't get discouraged though, because after just a few days (especially if you add just a little exercise, like some evening walks or something) you'll find that you're starting to feel so good, you won't want to stop. A…

I know a woman who lost over 100 lbs, and for the first 60, she didn't exercise at all. However, I personally find that exercise helps me stay on track better with my food, and it gives me those happy endorphines that make me feel good. It also does burn a few more calories, that should add to your deficit. But it's 97% in…

I love all the great stuff on this thread. Hooray for getting rid of old clothes that don't fit! For going upstairs without holding the rail! For swimming and not being afraid! For being able to cut your toenails with ease! For buying undies, weighing less often, being in a healthy range and liking yourself! Woo!

Good old duct tape!

See what I did?

This morning I said NO to a huge breakfast burrito when we were stuck and decided to eat breakfast out. I got the small Jr. burrito, and it was more than enough.
-
My NSV for today: It's getting much, much easier to choose food that is better for me - and less of it. I don't feel like I have to pick the most extravagant meal when I go out. Or that I have to eat it all.
-
I use PB2, and it's also fantastic. Just bought a big jar of it at Costco for the same price (about $5.50) as I'd been paying for a small one at the grocery store. Twice as much!

Wonton wrap chicken pillows? Genius!
-
Today I was able to up my weights from 10 to 15 lbs during my workout.
-
Thanks. I am weighing/measuring and writing everything down. Today I just feel like a fat magnet. I'm going to up my weights and try to add an evening walk and a bit more water.

I have a box brownie mix on the counter I keep looking at. My family wants them!
-
I had enough calories for Del Taco for dinner (it was a hard day) but found I had miscalculated and couldn't eat all I wanted to. But, I found I'd had enough and am not even interested in the "extra" I thought I should have.

Wow, once per month RoseTheWarrior? That's awesome. I think I should put mine away because I look at it too much, but I don't think I could go more than a week! That's why I started thinking about NSV's no scale movement in a while.
