Yes, I agree that the color run is a great race to start with. When I did it there was a family there who was pushing their baby in a stroller with their little toddler running beside them. I have Celiac disease but I don't even eat anything that's labeled gluten free. Gluten free does not mean fat free. The box stuff is loaded with sugar and higher in price. I just eat smart meats veggies and fruits it's basically paleo.

I am a runner and running makes me very happy too. Not because it's easy but they call it runners high. It's something that happens to your body when you Run. That's why running although is good for you but can come addictive. I agree with the above post maybe you should check with a therapist.
