Hello all! I'm 19 weeks - I would love some pregnant MFP friends!

Out of nowhere I started getting hip and lower leg pain. I tried everything.. stretching, yoga, taking a break from working out, doctors.... finally I went to a chiropractor. I went for 4 months, and the pain slowly went away. It's been 2 years since and I'm still good! I vote yay for chiropractors.

Try to have fun with her! Make your dates something that burns calories (hardy har har) instead of food. Positive reinforcement and not negative. Planks Planks Planks! Also,dry brushing and oil based moisturizers (sweet almond oil is my fav) really helped me. Even those workout waist wrappers helped my stomach look less saggy (but only for a short time - I used to use them before I would have to wear a swim suit, or if I had to wear something tight.)

I work out before work and at least go on a long walk with the dogs after. So I'm totally okay with my guilty pleasure. I just used to have a job that let me walk all day, so this has been a big change for me.

Great ideas! I work out in the mornings, but I used to have a job that let me walk around all day. After a day of standing at a desk I still feel sooooo gross compared to my old job. That's why I was wondering about the biking desk, or the elliptical desk. @NorthCascades - why are you against bicycle desks? Just wondering
