  • That's the problem. Its not consistent. I'm consistently walking over 15000 steps daily, 99% of the time. Then the other exercise varies. I was wondering if changing my MFP setting would give me a more consistent calorie level than having the swings daily that I have, but to still account for the fact that I may not get to…
  • Do I have to log from sedentary for it to be accurate? I've been logging from lightly active since January and losing about 1.5 a week. I was getting tired of the calorie additions daily and was hoping it would be more evened out, and still log the amount of work I'm doing on my vivofit.
  • When you are looking at the activity, it says running and there is an arrow next to it then your user name. If you press the arrow, you can change running to one of the other categories, then make sure you save it.
  • Also to consider, just because you put 2lbs per week doesn't mean you'll lose that. MFP does not go below 1200 in the setting. If I try to lose 2 lbs per week, it will put 1200 and then tell me I will only lose 1.something pounds. You may be too close to your goal to lose 2 lbs a week and keep within healthy calorie…

  • I'm using mine. My Christmas present to myself. I wear it all the time. Feel free to add me. I'm fairly new here and would love to have more friends
  • I'm a little late into the month, so I'll add last week's to my list. I really want to lose weight this year. I started in December with a goal to lose a pound a week. After a 4 pound loss, and the feeling of impatience, I changed my goal to lose 1.5 a week. I am using vivofit to help keep track of my activity, and I must…
  • It is hard in the beginning, then as time goes on you'll find your own pace and what works for you. The beauty of zumba is that you go at your pace regardless of what everyone else is doing. Plus the music makes you want to move. Stick with it and go at your pace.

  • I get up and walk in place in front of the computer, or while waiting for the kids events to start or end. I walk circles from room to room in my house, up and down stairs. I just spontaneously walk in place while watching a tv show with my husband. It must look quite silly, but it add up and that's what I care about. I…
  • I use ravelry all the time. I'm benee16 here and there. Add me on both
  • It stopped working for me after it synced Thursday morning. It didn't sync Thursday night, Friday nor today. Plus you can't add it in manually, which stinks.
