Maintain my diet and exercise program and drop that last 2-3% body fat. I'm at 12 now

Kettlebells will tone you up in no time. They are fairly cheap and can use the same weight for a while. better than wasting your money on a gym membership. Also think about bodyweight exercises to get you started, I do all my workouts at home and I have 12% body fat. You tube has helped me a lot

More protein, healthy fats and keep your carbs under 100g. Watch your grain consumption since they are high in carbs it is easy to overindulge.

Pollock is usually served a lot in food establishments. It is one of my favorites.

Protein builds muscle, uses more calories to digest. You should have protein at every meal including snacks and ditch those worthless rice cakes.

You can eat healthy and still be overweight. being overweight comes from taking in more calories than you spend. So I say yes.

I get a package of sugar free jello [flavor of your choice] and add 1/2-1 tsp to vanilla or plain to give me variety. That way there are no added sugars. I do the same with Kefir.

YOU ARE CORRECT.

KETTLEBELLS. You can do these at home and will tone every muscle in your body faster than anything else. They will work muscles that you didn't know you had.

I do oatmeal with whey protein and psylium husk powder. Can't do creatine, gives me muscle cramps.

It all starts with the proper diet. NO JUNK FOOD. You have to prepare your own foods. No eating out of a box, no FAST FOOD, and lots of exercise. If you are not prepared to do these things all the motivation in the world will not help.

No cardio. Eat more protein, healthy fats and fewer carbs work hard and the muscle will come

sugar free pudding is not a healthy way to go. contains modified corn starch, [basically sugar] maltodextrin, [basically sugar] aspartame, [dangerous sweetener] BHA [ cancer causing] and many other harmful ingredients. Make your own pudding.
