    Eat less meat. more veggies, and hopefully go from 210 (I have been this weight for 8 months) to 150lbs!
  • Keep logging my food on MFP. Eat to live and in order to live an active life. Continue to tone up and lose the love handles around my middle by strength training and cardio 5-6 days per week. Graduate in August 2015 in my Master's Degree program.

    Be able to do pull ups unassisted.
    maintain my weight (ok fine loose the 5lbs I gained since xmas season started - then maintain)
    - run a 10K
    - and complete the Spartan.
  • To drop 10 lbs. anything else is a bonus.
    To plant enough produce to feed off of my gardens for the whole summer/fall.
  • In 2015 I would like to lose 50-70lbs, increase my water intake, eat cleaner and run another 5k.
  • I will reach my goal in 2015 (July)!
    I will run my first half marathon in 2015 (June)!
    I will be in a new house in 2015 (summer)!

    225 lb bench for reps. 320 lb squats. 400 lb Deadlift.
    Gain 10 pounds of lbm. Get six Abs instead of 5.

    1)lost the last 15 lbs by May 2015 so I am at my physical best for the Spartan Sprint I have signed up for in Montana in May.

    I'll be nursing for 10 months out of 2015, so I don't know how that will affect weight loss so I don't have a scale goal for next year. (Some women say they don't see a scale drop until after the wean.) My fitness goal is to get back into my exercise routine after the baby, I'd like to keep up with swimming and go back to strength training.
