Lost just under 17lb to reach my ultimate goal weight!0

I lost a little over 40 lbs this year -I'd like to lose at least that much next year. Maybe with exercise I can hit my goal weight!0

I hit weight goal this month, earlier than expected. (woohoo!) My goals for 2015 are to:
1) continue my logging streak and get it up to 700 days
2) maintain my current weight (which I have NEVER done after losing)
3) earn my green sash in gung fu0 -
* be as healthy as possible.
* be as fit as possible
* Loose some more weight of course
* Jog/run a 5K....would be nice.
* Move out of the little gym here in the community and join (be able to go to) "24hour fitness"0 -
1) To be able to say I am I better than I was last year
2) Lost about 30 pounds (and keep it off)
3) Enroll in cosmetology school and to find more of myself0 -
Stay committed to "the process" for the all of 2015. Results will be what they will be.0

-get to 160 pounds (which was originally my first goal that I hoped to hit on June 30th...yeah, I'm currently at 197 so that's not happening). Less would be even better, as my current goal is 145.

*Lower body fat % to about 18%
*Wear a bikini by summer and rock it

Run as many 5/10k's as possible
Clean up my diet more (the hardest goal for me)
Build myself a better butt lol0 -
I want to lose 30 lbs by June so I can fit into my old summer dresses0

Loose the last15, continue increasing the amount of weight I can lift and work my way through "Pushing the Limits". I wouldn't mind swimming a mile in 40 minutes either!0
