My 2015 goal is to get under 200 pounds. I started at 325 this past May, and have lost 59 so far, and I'm 66 away from 200, so it is very doable to get done in 12 months!
Also to compete in a 5k or 10k, and run the entire thing without walking. I signed up for a 5k this past fall, but I had a small fracture in my foot and couldn't do it, but I'm almost healed and ready to get back to the running (along with the biking, swimming and strength training) There are a few races here next fall that I'm interested in, but considering my injury, I need to go slow with the running.0 -
My goal is to lose 25 pounds by my wedding in September!0

I am going to be able to Ride Millennium Force at Cedar Point with my daughter. I think with the 30lbs I've dropped, I can now. But I am not taking any chances.0

Finally get down to light welterweight (140lbs) and complete a 10k run I should of done this year0

To pass out of highschool, get into college
and by the end of next year get down to at least 135 pounds0 -
Lose 20lbs (puts me right under 170) so I can consider having another baby without the danger of going over 200lbs again. Gotta do it quick. I'm getting too old...0

Lose this last 5 stubborn lbs to reach my goal weight. My focus for 2015 will be on maintenance, getting faster 5k and 10k times, and really focusing in on toning and building muscle.0

To lose 45lb by May ready for my wedding in July, run my first 10K in april (already signed up) and re-do the London-Brighton Bike ride again in June0

Difficult one, but what I would like to achieve next year is the following:
1. lose 11lbs/5kgs
2. Complete first sprint triathlon
3. Participate in a run or cycling event every month (this may be too ambitious!)
4. Do a yoga session every week

Goal for 2015 are to lose at least 30 pounds by summer so I can really look good in shorts and splurge on a new (smaller) swimsuit.0

In 2013 I lost 60lbs, for the majority of 2014 I have maintained that with the exception of the last 3 months I have gained back approx. 15lbs sooooo in 2015 first of all I would like to lose those 15lbs I have recently found by March... and then go from there.0

I want to push my body's limit an get to 5-6% body fat by summer. Then after that bulk up to around 8-9% bf while packing on about 15-20lbs of muscle. Ladies love a six pack.0

I am all about new year new me and actually started in November. I have a list from getting all my check ups (gyno, eyes, physical) to forgiveness to losing 64 lbs. I have already checked off like 5 things (mostly emotional organizational things) and lost 4 lbs so far0
