Lose 10kg and get fit by my 40th birthday.0

-Be able to run (jog) a 5k without stopping
-Climb the pyramid at Neptune Park (some ridiculously cool jungle gym type thing at a park about an hour away from me… I was about 370 pounds and less than a month into my weight loss when I first saw it and I decided then that someday I was going to be able to climb that thing.)
-Continue weight loss--I'm not going to put a number on it. I'm am proudly NOT goal-oriented when it comes to losing weight. I choose to be process oriented. If I focus on results, I'll never change. If I focus on change, I'll get results.

I want to get a new job (or a pay rise) so I can join a gym and start a weight lifting program.

Be able to do 50 pushups again. (used to be able to do 50 a while ago but I gained weight and it made it harder to do as I have a small frame...)0 -

I want to do a 100 mile cycling ride - longest so far is 61 miles
Run 10 miles - longest so far is 6
Keep progressing on my lifting
