I'm going to set a really attainable goal of 50 pounds for 2015. That way I have no excuses for not meeting that goal.0

I am all about new year new me and actually started in November. I have a list from getting all my check ups (gyno, eyes, physical) to forgiveness to losing 64 lbs. I have already checked off like 5 things (mostly emotional organizational things) and lost 4 lbs so far0

I don't have an exact goal weight, but I've lost 46 pounds in 2014 and I would like to lose another 35-45 pounds in 2015. I will also keep running and exercising regularly, making this a lifestyle change for good!0

Continue to get stronger and see muscle definition by reducing BF% to 17% & lose another 40 pounds. Possibly do a figure competition by end of 2015.0

Assuming I hit my goal of being 170 at the end of this month, my goal for 2015 would be to lose another 10 and be at 160 Lbs and as for fitness goals...
