    IF my shoulder is OK, I want to start Body Beast after I'm done with Insanity and then go onto 21 day fix Extreme.

    To have my BF to drop from 24.5% to 20-21% by August and to start my first bulk in the fall.

    Hmm, I'd like to cut at least 5% BF (ideally 7-10% though this doesn't have to be in 2015).
    Hit a 200 pound 1RM back squat. (currently at 175-180)
    Hit a 250 1RM deadlift. (currently 205)
    Hit a 135 1RM bench. (currently 115)
    Get my 500 pound GoRuck patch (500 pounds lifted across the big three previously listed, currently at 465).
    Finish a GoRuck Challenge and Light back-to-back.

    2. Have nice arms by May for a strapless bridesmaid dress.
    3. Improve the gams.

    For all of 2015... let's see...
    1. Continue to loose 5 lbs a month (at least).
    2. Onderland by June.
    3. Achieve goal weight with a loss of 68 lbs by this time next year.
    4. Train for Spartan Race
    5. Bench more than 70lbs
    6. Build ALL the muscles! lol
    7. Buy clothes off the rack without having to try them on like I use to.
    8. (TMI alert!) - get more vit. "D"...

    Going to a gym and do some weight training... Definitely need to tone up!!! (so anxiety you can go and f*** yourself, you're not getting on my way this year!!!!!!!!!)

    Run a half marathon at end of January. If it doesn't nearly kill me, I might do a full marathon later in the year.

    1)Maintain for another year.
    2) Weight lifting goals: Bench Press 110 lbs
    Squat 175 lbs
    Dead lift 150lbs
    Overhead press 100 lbs
    Those are about double my current numbers.

    Drop another 25 lbs or get down to 16-18% body fat (which ever happens first).

    Doing a body weight only chin up! I'll be happy if I can ever do just one!

    Improve all of my 5x5 compound lifts by 25-50lbs with good form.
