When you're confidence is high and you're thinking "I don't need no stinkin man" that's when the perfect one will come along!! Do something for yourself for a while.   • Please, please, no one take this advice of eating nothing but a bowl of rice a day!!! THAT IS BADDDDD FOR YOU! You need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day, especially more if you're working out. That's a good way to end up in the hospital. Bad decision.
  • I'm 6'0" - At my biggest, 300 lbs I wore a size 22 pants. I currently am at about 80 lbs lost and I now wear either a 12 or 14 tall. Gets harder and harder to find pants, the more weight I lose.
  • Try to convince them to go somewhere healthy, and get them on the wagon with you :)

  • I always drink TONS of water! I drink about a gallon a day. Sometimes when your body is signalling you that you're hungry, you're actually thirsty and just can't tell the difference.
