It's really important to me that I lose weight. I want to realize this old vision of mine. A vision of me healthy and fit. A slimmer me with a banging body of athleticism. I'm able to do a perfect cartwheel and handstand. I have more energy and I feel alive with every one of my tone muscles breathing as I just live... But it seems like only an illusion because I'm here, 50 pounds overweight accompany with a horrible diet, and she's there. Always out of reach. I go to the gym sporadically often but it is not enough. I count my calories but skip days. I'm routine on the weekdays and spontaneous on the weekends resulting in a fattening food binge. I try one way but come to a dead end were I stand confused. And she's always there, that envisioned me, looking at a distance with a smile on her face. She's not mocking me, no, but smiling from the result of her discipline. Something I severely lack. That's the bridge between me and her. Discipline. And that is what she is to me. She's something worth trying for. Someone worth focusing on. She, this brighter me, is my motivation, inspiration and hope. She is the reason why if one method fails I try another. Because she's worth sacrifices. She's worth the hard work. She's worth the struggle and I will do anything to be her. To be what I believe I can achieve. To be what I know I can be.

I'm glad that you haven't given up on yourself. You must keep strive to achieve your goals. It will come but you must be dedicated. When I say dedicate, I'm not saying you wont stumble and eat bad foods or won't exercise one day but the dedication come from within knowing what you need to do to keep from stumble with the same obstacles. Give yourself reward Bc you're not going to lose this time. You have made the first step and you will continue to make steps closer to your goals of the woman you will be in the future. #noexcuse #Fatbgone
