Went from basically the best shape of my life to nearly the worst over the last couple of years with the transition to work from home. Still easing back into working out with a back workout- how’d ya like that? But did achieve preliminary goal of deadlifting > body weight x 10 I thought it was going to take longer to get there.

I don’t know about a mini trampoline but - the daughter got a regular sized one for Christmas and I can’t last 3 straight minutes bouncing on it!

Still easing into working out - did some back today - higher rep rages - Shrugs/Dumbbell Pullovers/Dumbell Rows etc.. went to failure for the first time on Tricep Extensions - I have to think about what to do for a leg workout tomorrow- my generic go to leg workout is - extensions/squats/hamstring curls - will probably do…

I try to log as I go as well. I find that There is not as much variety in my diet as I would’ve thought, so that make logging a bit easier.

Looking for active friends - used to be a disciplined gym goer until the lockdowns changed me to a junk food eating chocoholic. Got my home gym going now and trying to stay on the right track!

Mid 50s here and could use help...used to be well disciplined in and in the gym 3-5x per week.... this shutdown had me eating fast food 3-5x per week .... finally got a home gym going but need someone or sort of community to stay accountable - so add me

Pandemic has not been good to me - I went from being a well conditioned- disciplined gym goer to a struggling fast food chocoholic. Trying to right the ship but finding it difficult being home based. The new year offers a fresh start.
