Starting today! The past few months have been tough. Our home was flooded during Hurricane Helene. For me my biggest loss was my lifetime of photos and my treadmill. Now I'm working on establishing a new normal. So today I completed a very chilly (39 deg) 10k. I was slow, but I did it! Jan 5: 158.6

64 year old female. 5 ft 2 in. I need to get back on track. I've been pretty lazy about my diet for the past couple years and it shows. Current weight 146.6 Goal weight 132 I ran a 5k last Saturday and try to get at least 3 runs of 3-10 miles per week. Sometimes I go all out for a 13.1 half. But my diet has been bad. Backβ¦
