For me it always helps to eat in certain places only. This might sound strange, but it works for me. I don't eat in front of the TV or on the couch, I don't eat at my desk where I am working a lot, I don't eat in the car. Instead I eat at the dinner table or at my place in the staff room at work. Using a Samsung gear fit which you can sync. very well with the sHealth app. It also has a sleep tracker and measures your pulse. Go to the gym four times a week, five times if possible. Cut out alcohol completely. 10.000 steps a day. I am using the Samsung gear fit and I love it! Don't eat after 7 pm. Drink a lot water. Have breaks to reduce stress. Do fun things in between!
