My friend has a fuelband and wears it every day. But I used to have a Fitbit flex, the 99$ one. For me, I thought it was cool at first, then I found it more useless and stopped wearing it. All it really does is track your steps. However, my device worked really well and the app (on my Note 3) was sweet. By the way the…

Ribeye is the way to go, cost isn't bad and always turns out good. Has to be grilled, and cooked medium rare.. I like a lot of red in the middle. Steak has to be, like, the most satisfying food possible. It's always the *kitten*.

Nutrition seems to be really opinionated, even with the experts. Yes, there is an amount of fruit that is too much. But you'd almost have to do gorge on purpose to eat that much fruit, Imo

Not in the sugar itself, but in the way it's consumed. The Fiber in the fruits helps you digest it and changes the way you metabolize it. Plus, I believe a…

What is your goal? If it is a bunch of fiber and vitamins then seems like you are doing well. If it is weight loss, I would start cutting that back by 90%. Eat to fit your goal.[/quote] Well, the thing is I have been eating like this for a while, and I have lost weight in the process..

I guess if It doesn't hurt, I might as well try it. I realize it's not for weight loss. I don't really need to lose weight anymore anyway.

That's an interesting thought, and it's good to know. I will certainly keep this in mind!

I am not vegetarian. I enjoy meat, and I do usually eat at least some per day. I also eat eggs and milk.

Starting weight was 226, as of this morning I'm at 172. Nowadays I feel like I need to eat less, so on average I take in 1500 calories or less. Most of my food is fruits and vegetables: cucumbers and carrots are really the only veggies I eat. I will rarely eat takeout, and if I do I'm very careful. I have been strength…
