2 hrs of gardening and harvesting sugar snap peas for dinner. I also did 30 mins on the stationary bike burning 450 cals. I see everyone staying active and at it. Great work everyone!

Has anyone tried MFP free plans? I'm going to try one for the first time. I chose intermittent fasting to help me stop night snacking. To be honest I never used the extras of this site only logging and the news feeds to cheer for everyone.
