Jumping jacks is probably my favourite part of the workout... Squat and press would be the worst part of level 1.

I'm starting tomorrow.. I've done this DVD in the past and saw great results! Hoping for the same or better this time around :) The plan is to do 30DS every day except for Wednesday & Saturday as those are Zumba days.

Don't quit!! I think everyone goes through the same ups and downs. I was doing great, down 8 lbs, then somehow gained back 4 .. It sucks, but we just need to refocus and keep at it. Good luck everyone!

I have a spiralizer and make zucchini noodles. A whole zucchini has only 33 calories and will last two meals! I made a sausage and pepper sauce that was delish!

Fitbit One, Treadmill, BitGym (this is pricey though, I have to find a cheaper app that will keep me entertained during my walks). I will be getting an AppleWatch once they're released.
